Now that winter is upon us with its bitter cold and driving snow, what better time to make some hearty Russian meat pie with potatoes, onions and of course meat! Speaking of which, while this version uses beef, feel free to experiment with veal, lamb, etc…

As expected from us, this is a quick recipe, you don’t even have to spend time kneading the dough, you’ll see.
